Better use of water is vital for the future of humanity. We depend on it for food, for transport, for industry. A dependence that will become increasingly important as populations grow, climate change bites and human exploitation of the oceans increases.
Sundew is Danish biological technology company that is developing cost-effective, environmentally benign biotechnologies to target water-borne pests, diseases and invasive species.
Drawing inspiration from the natural world, a simple stylised wave marque was designed to reflect Sundew's commitment to sustainability and innovation within aquaculture. The abstracted wave shape has been subtly redrawn to incorporate a protective and nurturing hand symbol.
Sundew will develop a range of biology-based technology platforms to deliver effective, affordable and environmentally- benign products aimed at solving some of the biggest problems facing the blue economy.
