ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena CA is considered one of the best design schools in the world, so naturally we were delighted to be asked to help out with a refresh for one of their flagship student / industry initiatives. Educational Partnerships is a programme by ArtCenter that simulates professional studio environments and exposes students to a broad spectrum of industries, global cultures and professional practices.

While we love creating new logo marques we also enjoy working with the already established. ArtCentre has a great identity and we felt it remiss not to utilise this and bring Educational Partnerships in line with the their master brand while giving the initiative its own personality within that framework.

Upon completion ArtCenter’s Creative Director, Scott Taylor said. “I really appreciate how October found a way to abide by the identity guidelines and still give the materials a distinct voice. It’s clearly ArtCenter but it’s also something more specific — exactly the sort of thing we would hope for in departmental graphics. Great job.”
We're pretty proud of that.
